½ cup peanut butter (if crunch style, a little more)
2/3 cup no-fat dry milk solids
1/3 cup corn syrup or molasses
½ cup confectioner’s or granulated sugar
½ cup raisins
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll into balls
Chill in refrigerator
Makes about 2 dozen
Tip: Measure out the dry ingredients first. You can then use the same measuring cup to measure out the wet ingredients.
