After enjoying ratatouille for a day or two it is time to start the transformation process. Well okay I only added to the part I packed for lunch but it is an example of taking one dish and having it become something a little different and very delicious.Today’s lunch is ratatouille with sweet Italian chicken sausage and sweet corn.
